When a lecturer, communicator, presenter or facilitator presents to the audience, they need to know how to communicate and interact with them, thus, making them understand your presentation more effectively.
How so?
Ms.Lim Kit Wan suggested the NLP method. NLP also stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programming. The Teaching and Learning Colloquium Series 6 of "NLP in the Classroom" took place at KDU University College, Damansara Jaya campus on 25th November 2011.

Teaching & Learning Colloquium- Series 6 (NLP in the Classroom)

You might have heard of the "NLP" before, which also stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programming. However, how do you implement the NLP methodology in today's teaching and learning? NLP is the study of subjective experience and it enables people to communicate and connect with each other better. It gives you the extra tick to understand the audience more effectively, thus, creating a rapport with them, be it in a classroom or social setting.
While some students have short attention span in class, while others find that the learning environment becomes mundane for them, it is time to discover new learning method and skills from others. Like what KDU's tagline says, "People Inspire People."
We welcome you, Ms.Kit! She will be touching on the topic of "NLP in the Classroom"

Among the questions asked were the future relations of Indonesia and Malaysia, the development of Higher Education in Malaysia and others. The team then had to put their wits and experience to the test when it came to the tournament itself.
The preliminaries saw them meetings experienced teams from Universiti Malaya, UiTM, UCTI and USIM. The team managed to beat most of them and make it to the quarterfinals. The team was drawn against UCTI on the motion “ THBT Myemail will bring little change”. The panel of 5 judges were not unanimous but found in favour of KDU University College in a 4-1 split.
