What comes to your mind when the word "Drama" comes about? It involves acting, expression, movies, and soap operas. However, have lecturers, presenters, or facilitators ever thought of incorporating drama in our everyday teachings? We all know sometimes classes can be mundane and draggy. Ms. Mary Ann showed us the brighter side of teaching by incorporating drama in teaching, regardless of discipline.
During the past 8 years, her work has taken her to Malaysia, Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, India, Canada, Sri Lanka, Dubai, Bermuda, as well as centres in Europe and the UK. She ran her own school in Hertfordshire for several years working on arts education with pre-school children as well as running a youth theatre and being involved with many community arts project.
