Assignments Made Fun!

When it comes to creativity, the Mass Communication students and lecturers always had a tick in their mind. Instead of classroom lectures, this time around, the KDU Mass Communication students and KDU UNICOM recently organized an event, in relation to their assignment. Their assignment scope was to watch and write a movie review. What blockbuster movie did these students got to watch? It is none other than the brilliant action comedy "Johnny English Reborn" starring the ever hilarious Mr. Rowan Atkinson (Main character of Mr.Bean).

The movie screening was held at GSC Signature, The Gardens on 15th September 2011. There were approximately 150 students and lecturers who were invited. To top it off, Lawrence Wong also made a special appearance on the event. Lawrence Wong has been in the media and entertainment industry for 10 years and we believe he can inspire and aspire students who wants to excel in the similar field.

Students were given the task to write a 500 word review after they have watched the movie. A surprise was in for them as the best written review, will be entitled to a pair of Gold Class movie ticket at GSC Gold Class Cinema Theatre.

We believe students and lecturers had a blasting time! Not only they get to enjoy but to also benefit from it. Laughters and smiles were displayed during and after the movie. A great watch and a great crowd!
