About Mr.Liang Kim Meng
He received his Master in Science (Image processing) and Bachelor in Applied Science (Hons) from Universiti Sains Malaysia in 2003 and 1999, respectively. He has devoted 15 years working on image processing and pattern recognition fields. His successful commercial products includes Pornogrpahic blocking and detection system (Xfilter in TMNET), Vehicle license plate recognition system and currently Automated video surveillance system. He has granted a number of awards and has achieved many outstanding achievements throughout his years of experiences.
