Italian Open Day 2012

For many, Italy immediately conjures imagines of Rome and the Coliseum, of flooded Venice designed and created by Michelangelo and of course of pasta, pizza and espresso so dark and strong, that your spoon positively stands in it.

KDU University College of course, doesn’t do anything half way. On 28^th of April, KDU UC hosted an Italian Open Day to celebrate another milestone in its long and distinguished History, becoming the first institution of higher education in Malaysia to offer a Bachelor of Culinary Arts in Italian Cuisine. The event took place at KDU University College, Damansara Jaya campus, Auditorium.
