Health Screening Booth

February was a festive month that filled with food, laughter, and late night gatherings. While the joy of celebration was going on, Health and Wellness centre took the initiative to organize a health screening booth which aims to monitor students and staff health conditions.

A collaboration effort done by KDU University College and Sunway Medical centre has successfully attracted students and staff to the health screening booth. The booth consists of four stations to check blood pressure, BMI and glucose level of the participants. Besides that, experienced nurses were there to give consultation and health education. We are delighted to have positive response on this event and wish to organize more health education outreach programs to KDU University College students and staff. Given that health is the most important aspect in our life, we must learn to take well care of it. Prevention is always better than cure.
