Two-and-Half generations of alumni standing side by side eagerly await the movie. KDU UC alumni's CORE considers anyone who has completed a program of study to be an alumnus
The event broke expected attendance with over 180 alumni attending the movie premier. “Given that the World Cup matches are still being played out, we are pleased with the dedication and support that our alumni have shown by being here today” remarked Alumni President Claudine Sherry Robson between yawns, “I’m here despite being up to watch last night’s match!”
Feedback from the alumni regarding the event was again very positive. The attendants were a mix from across the generations, which gave them not only the chance to catch up with friends whom they have lost touch with but also to exchange a few words of wisdom with those who graduated back in the early 2000s.

Alumni: Get ready to transform and roll out!
For a number of recent alumni from the class of 2013, it was exactly that: The chance to catch up with people that they have not seen in several years. “I graduated from the diploma program in 2012 and was pleasantly surprised to get an invite to an alumni event,” remarked Ahmad Riyal. “I thought I would have to wait until I graduated from my degree program!”
His remarks evoked a laugh from his fellow diploma graduate, Chiew Wai Jin, “Welcome to the KDU Alumni family.”
