KDU University College's Entertainment Arts students were fortunate enough to have an exclusive class session with the one and only Mr.Lee Swee Keong for 2 days. This encourages full participant of the students, going in-depth of the entertainment arts scene. We bring in industry professionals to mould students to what they want to achieve, and reaching them closer to their goals and dreams. The class took place at the Black Box studio, KDU University College, Damansara Jaya campus.
He taught the students on body movement in the dance and movement class.
Mr. Lee Swee Keong is the
founder and artistic director of Nyoba Kan. As an artist of the
spirit Keong uses elements of his body and movement to gain insight into life
and the universe. With an initial background in fine arts he now studies
different movement techniques and philosophies including Buto, Qi Gong, Yoga,
Buddhism, Taoism, and Contemporary Dance. Concepts like the internal spirit,
energy, yin/yang and emptiness infuse his hybrid performances and
teachings. 
Through the entertainment arts programme,
students will be trained to be all-rounded performers, versatile and ever ready
to take upon any role, be it a radio presenter, a TV host or even a stage
actor. Students will also be equipped with the ability to market, brand and position
themselves in this competitive industry.
